Reviews and Ratings
The hotel rooms were fantastic, very clean, loads of added little extras, and the bathroom was immaculate with all modern conveniences including bottled water. The service was top-notch with friendly and knowledgeable staff that made us feel welcome and provided great sightseeing suggestions. The location was exceptional, offering beautiful views and easy access to local wildlife spots and attractions. The dining experience with splendid views over the loch was excellent, and the facilities were top-notch.
The hotel boasts a lovely view of the loch and offers spotless, comfortable rooms; however, some felt the atmosphere was lacking. The service was proactive and efficient, with friendly staff. The location is outstanding, perfect for wildlife viewing and trips to nearby islands. The dining experience was great, featuring locally sourced, freshly prepared dishes, with one morning missing a cooked breakfast. Overall, a wonderful escape close to nature with exceptional service.
Upon entering the hotel after a day out, I was greeted by a fresh-smelling room that felt really clean. However, the room only had a bath with an attachment, which was not the best after a day of hiking. It seemed to be the only available option when booking, though, and the ensuite bathroom was a plus after a day out in the Mull weather.
